Some customer-linked projects contain readable binaries and maps. Rebuild supported content as ECUx without copying the source project’s customer binding, creator details or history.
This does not decrypt password-encrypted content or guarantee conversion of every locked file.
If the map section is damaged but complete binary versions survive, recover those binaries with a report explaining what could not be read.
Missing binary data, unreadable structures and zero-filled files may be unrecoverable.
ECUx can help move recovered content into an older WinOLS release that supports ECUx import but cannot open the source OLS format.
Import has been confirmed for a recovered project in WinOLS 5.91. Map and multiple-version support depend on your release.
The first recovered version is not confirmed as the factory original. Review the versions, maps and recovery notes before using the data.
