Van and motorhome remapping in South Wales

A van is booked as a van, not as a car that happens to be bigger

Transit Customs, panel vans, camper conversions and coachbuilt motorhomes are mapped at the workshop beside Llandow circuit. The calibration is written for that vehicle: its ECU, its weight, and the way it is used.

Stage 1 starts from £250, normally £400. Some ECUs cost more. It is a calibration for a healthy standard vehicle. No hardware changes. Send the registration and the quote is for the van or motorhome in front of us, not for a similar car.

The Dyno Developments rolling road at Llandow, where van and motorhome calibrations are checked

The file is written and checked at the workshop. Cell one is the Dyno Developments rolling road. A four-wheel-drive van uses the MAHA cell.

What we need before we quote

What it is

Panel van, camper conversion, or a coachbuilt motorhome. A loaded motorhome and an empty Custom are not the same job. Say if it tows, and what it tows.

Whether it is healthy

A DPF that will not finish a regen, an AdBlue countdown, a boost leak or a slipping clutch should be known before the file is written. That check is fit to map, from £95.

More than one vehicle

Send the registrations together. Each van is quoted on its own ECU. This is a workshop booking, not a generic fleet offer.
