This R56 Cooper S has been in with us for a couple of days while we worked through a few turbo related issues and finished developing the calibration. After sorting the problems and spending the time properly testing and refining the setup, the car is now making a very healthy 305HP.

Could we get more? Yes. With a few minor mods I think 320HP is possible

But 300HP is serious performance from a small package and hopefully enough to bring home some strong results on track.

Every adjustment was tested and verified as we went. Data logged, dyno tested and checked repeatedly until everything behaved exactly as it should. No guesswork and no flashing random files to see what happens.

This is the difference when the calibration is actually developed on the car rather than downloaded from somewhere else.
