Check or correct
Checking examines the modified file using the selected ECU profile. It does not change your file. Correction runs the supported repair and verification steps, then saves a separate result. A corrected BIN is offered only when the verification step succeeds.
Pair matching files
Upload your unmodified read as the original and your edited copy as the modified file. For example, use the read you opened in your map editor together with the binary you exported from that edit. Files from another software version, or files read in different formats, can produce an unsupported or inconclusive result.
Need to edit your file first? LTEditor is our free online remap editor, with PD EDC15 map detection, custom map definitions and a full hex editor. Save and download your edited version, then return here with the matching original to check its checksum. Both tools are completely free, with no paid tier.
Review the ECU and result
Identification suggests a profile; confirm the ECU make and type before checking or correcting. The supported ECU list shows the available profiles and their capabilities. Coverage depends on the ECU, software and file layout, so identification alone does not guarantee correction is available.
Read the report and any warnings before using a result. A valid checksum does not establish that the calibration changes are suitable for the vehicle. Your original files, processing attempts and available results remain in My uploads.
