BMW 118d N47: 212.8HP after an engine rebuild.
On its earlier power run the car was down on power and had an unhealthy engine note. We raised those concerns; the engine later failed while the owner was driving it.
It returned with a rebuilt engine, revised turbo setup and supporting modifications. We developed a custom Stage 2 calibration on the dyno and measured 212.8HP.
