Llandow Tuning helps investigate DPF, EGR, AdBlue and petrol emissions-system concerns at our Llandow workshop. An initial assessment helps identify the next useful test and whether cleaning, repair or replacement needs to be considered.
Tell us about warning messages, changes in performance, recent repairs and any existing code-scan results. A warning light alone does not establish which component needs replacing, so the recommended work depends on the findings.
We offer a free initial assessment, including a code scan where appropriate, to discuss the concern and next steps. This is separate from a complete diagnosis, cleaning or repair. See our free code scan and assessment page for visit details.
If the vehicle cannot be brought in, send clear photographs of the warning messages, relevant ECU label and any scan results. Include the registration and vehicle details so the information can be reviewed.
Include the mileage, how the vehicle is used, when the problem began and what has already been tried. Tell us if it will not start or cannot be driven to the workshop.
Discuss the faultExplore DPF diagnostics, DPF cleaning and replacement filters. The condition of the filter and the cause of the concern determine which option is suitable.
For AdBlue warnings or a related starting countdown, visit AdBlue diagnostics. Include the exact dashboard message and any recent filling or repair history.
See EGR cleaning and EGR repairs for concerns involving the exhaust gas recirculation system. Assessment helps establish the appropriate work.
For petrol vehicles, related pages cover sports catalysts and GPF/OPF project enquiries. Share the engine details, exhaust specification and intended use when discussing a change.
We assess emissions-modification enquiries separately for motorsport or export vehicles. Our dedicated pages explain DPF removal, AdBlue deletion, EGR removal, catalyst removal and oxygen-sensor changes. Include the actual application when enquiring.
The system fitted, diagnostic time, component access, cleaning suitability and replacement parts all affect the quote. An initial scan does not include the subsequent work. If the concern is not clearly related to an emissions system, start with a vehicle fault assessment.
Our existing assessment service also accepts enquiries for trucks, vans, plant machinery, diggers and marine applications. Provide the engine and ECU details so that support can be checked for the particular system.
