Mercedes C350d W204: engine, gearbox and DPF work.
The car responded to the Stage 1 calibration but smoked more than expected under load. Revising the map did not resolve it. We suspected turbo wear, potentially associated with the earlier blocked DPF; this remained a diagnosis to confirm.
