Three drivers head into Saturday’s Lewis & Hunter Cambrian Rally with the 2026 British Rally Championship title still to be decided. The North Wales event is the season finale on 24 October.
Motorsport UK says Max McRae, Osian Pryce and Meirion Evans remain in contention after five scoring rounds. McRae leads following victories on the Jim Clark Rally and at Rali Ceredigion. Pryce, the 2022 champion, has won the Severn Valley Stages and Grampian Forest Rally, while Evans arrives after a consistent campaign capped by victory on the second day of Rali Ceredigion.
Nine gravel stages are scheduled through the Clocaenog and Brenig forests. The Junior British Rally Championship will also be decided, with defending champion Ben McFall and Luke Constantine in contention. Aoife Raftery has already secured the BRC3 drivers’ title and Alfie Hammond the National Rally Title; co-driver titles in both categories remain open.
