Osian Pryce and co-driver James Morgan have won the 2026 British Rally Championship after edging Max McRae by 1.2 seconds on the final stage of the Lewis & Hunter Cambrian Rally in North Wales on 24 October. It is Pryce’s second title, following his 2022 crown, and Morgan’s first.

The title fight turned in the wet forests. McRae led through the opening stages but spun in standing water on the third test, losing about 15 seconds as Pryce moved ahead. Meirion Evans, the third title contender, went off the road on stage five and retired. McRae then cut Pryce’s lead from 15.9 seconds to 5.9 before the final test, taking 4.7 seconds out of the Welshman but finishing just short.

Charlie Tuthill and Sion Williams finished third overall in a Ford Fiesta Rally3 and won BRC3. Luke Constantine and Ifan Devine took the Junior BRC title after Ben McFall’s final-stage stop to clear a misted windscreen cost him more than 20 seconds. The championship says all titles remain provisional until Motorsport UK ratifies them.
