David Jenkins secured his second British Truck Racing Division 1 title at Brands Hatch, while Callum Eason claimed the Division 2 crown at the season finale.
Jenkins arrived for the 31 October and 1 November meeting with a 30-point advantage. The MAN driver won both races on Saturday, and fifth place in the third race on Sunday morning settled the Division 1 title with two contests to spare, according to organisers BARC. His first title came in 2011.
Official timing lists both Saturday wins and the third-race result as final. Stuart Oliver won that third race ahead of John Bowler and Nathan Smith, with Michael Oliver fourth and Jenkins fifth.
In Division 2, Eason won the championship after a season-long contest with Jake Evans. BARC says Eason won two of the five races at the meeting to secure his first title in the division.
