Five British Truck Racing Championship races were scheduled for Pembrey on 17–18 May 2025, forming the second round of the season alongside the Convoy Cymru truck show.
The circuit's 15 May preview described a Division 1 field tightened by air restrictors for the leading three drivers. Ryan Smith had won three races at the Brands Hatch opener, with Stuart Oliver also winning; John Bowler was to join them in running a restrictor at Pembrey.
The wider weekend programme included show trucks, monster-truck displays and rides, tractor pulling, trade stands and live music. Qualifying and two races were planned for Saturday, followed by three races on Sunday.
