Simon Orange and Marcus Clutton won the British GT3 championship at Brands Hatch, overturning a 21.5-point deficit with their first race victory of the season.
The Orange Racing by JMH McLaren benefited from Orange's strong opening stint and a spin for championship leader Rob Collard before the driver changes. Clutton then maintained control to finish 16.5 seconds ahead of Morgan Tillbrook and Ben Barnicoat.
Jonathon Beeson and Charles Clark completed the amended podium in Century's BMW after the Optimum McLaren of Marc Warren and Jack Brown was excluded for a technical infringement.
Alex Martin and Jarrod Waberski secured the Silver-Am title, while Barwell won its eighth teams' championship. Waberski also earned the SRO GT Academy's funded drive at the following year's Spa 24 Hours.
The overall result ended McLaren's wait for a senior British GT title dating back to 1998 and settled a finale contested by five mathematical championship contenders.
