Blendini Motorsport was confirmed as a 2013 British GT entrant with an Audi R8 LMS GT3 for Tom Roche and Dom Evans.
The BRSCC announcement on 8 March placed the Welsh team among new additions to a field expected to exceed thirty full-season entries. Evans was moving into GT3 after finishing third in GT4 the previous season, sharing the car with Blendini's team boss Roche.
The season-opening meeting was scheduled for Oulton Park over the Easter bank holiday, with activity on 30 March and 1 April. The launch outlined thirteen car models from ten manufacturers across the championship.
