Elfyn Evans increased his WRC championship lead to 25 points at Rally Estonia, where Toyota team-mate Sami Pajari claimed his first world championship victory.
Pajari and co-driver Marko Salminen won all seven Friday stages and managed the remaining competition to finish 19.5 seconds ahead of Oliver Solberg. Solberg and Elliott Edmondson took maximum bonus points from Sunday's classification and the Power Stage.
Evans faced a less favourable opening day. Running first on dry, loose gravel meant clearing the surface for crews behind, leaving him ninth before recovering to sixth overall with Scott Martin.
Second place on Super Sunday and third on the Power Stage helped the Welshman protect his championship position despite the difficult road order.
For Pajari, the victory followed five podiums in the preceding eight rallies. It also meant each of Toyota's five current Rally1 drivers had won during the 2026 campaign.
