We have developed vehicle calibrations since 2004 and have remained independent of other tuning brands. Our workshop uses master programming tools so we can read, alter and support the calibration directly.
Facilities include 2WD and 4WD dynos, engine data logging, injector testing and an electronics suite for ECU investigation. Machine-shop and fabrication equipment supports projects needing hardware changes.
For a tuning session, we establish the vehicle's condition, hardware and intended use. We measure its starting performance, review operating data, adjust the calibration and test the changes. The result may be a power increase, a different torque curve or a decision that a mechanical problem needs attention first.
Where a vehicle cannot fit on a conventional rolling road, we use on-car measurement and logging. The method and limits are agreed for the application.
