Pembrey Circuit announced on 15 October 2025 that it would host the Roger Albert Clark Rally for the first time, providing two stages and two service halts on the opening day.
The five-day rally was due to leave Carmarthen on 20 November. Pembrey planned a 2.74-mile test using sections of the airfield and race circuit, with cars repeating the stage before returning to the service area.
The venue expected more than 180 starters in the rally and advertised spectator access by advance ticket only. Its initial programme placed the first service halt at approximately 11:40, followed by stage action from 12:30.
