Know exactly what the car makes

Use the dyno to measure a baseline, check the tune under controlled load and confirm the result with repeatable power and torque readings.

Stage 1 estimate 760-810hp 850-900Nm
Stage 2 estimate 778-838hp 877-942Nm
Baseline run We record the car as it arrives so the result is measured against its real starting point.
Controlled conditions Runs are completed with controlled load and monitoring so the data is consistent.
Clear result You can compare stock and tuned output, with a printed graph free with each tune.
On-road dyno options

Difficult to load? We can still measure it.

Bodywork, wheelbase, track width, ground clearance or driven-axle layout can make some vehicles difficult to load safely onto a chassis dyno. Newer MINI models, large vans and specialist 4x4 or 6x6 vehicles are common examples.

We can use on-road dyno systems, including Magicmotorsport DynoRoad equipment, to collect repeatable before-and-after readings under real driving load. That means even unusual vehicles can be measured and the result checked properly.

Dyno power run simulation

See how power and torque build across the rev range while key engine parameters are monitored in real time.

Simulated run – live Petrol profile Selected automatically from this vehicle
Illustrative petrol dyno run showing the shape of horsepower and torque across RPM without numeric output figures.
Run is continuous and looping. Results will repeat. Diesel vehicles use a lower-RPM, earlier-torque simulation profile.

Typical channels logged during standalone tuning

  • Knock activity
  • Intake air temperature
  • Fuel pressure
  • Lambda target
  • Throttle position
  • Engine load
  • Injector duty
  • Oil pressure
