Nitrous systems, supplied and fitted at Llandow
As Wizards of NOS agents, we can discuss the kit, controls, installation and tuning together. Their range covers petrol and diesel engines, single-point and direct-port injection, standard delivery, progressive control and specialist competition systems.
Nitrous oxide releases oxygen during combustion, allowing more fuel to burn and produce extra power while the system is active. The engine, fuel supply and transmission determine how much of that potential can be used.

These are examples from the Wizards of NOS range. We select the layout and delivery level for your engine after checking its specification and condition.
Dry diesel kits
The SB150D uses a single nitrous injector. Direct-port options include the SB150D4 for four-cylinder engines and the pictured SB150D6 for five- and six-cylinder applications. These systems add nitrous; the engine's own injection system supplies the fuel.
Wet petrol kits
The pictured SB150i adds both nitrous and fuel through a single injector for suitable engines with one throttle body. The range also includes twin-throttle-body and direct-port kits, plus carburettor and plate systems for other engine layouts.

Standard or progressive delivery?
Standard fixed delivery
Applies the selected delivery level when the activation conditions are met. It is a simpler arrangement, with an immediate increase in engine load that must suit the available traction and drivetrain.
Progressive control
A controller starts at a lower delivery level and builds it up. This gives more control over how the extra torque arrives, helping manage traction and the initial load on the engine and transmission.
The diagrams show delivery over time, not horsepower or dyno results. Progressive control changes how nitrous arrives; it does not increase the engine's mechanical limits.
Controllers, Pulsoids and injectors
Max Extreme X2
A progressive controller with adjustable delivery curves and build times, including settings for individual gears. Functions such as RPM and bottle-pressure monitoring depend on the equipment fitted.
X-10 Pulsoid valves
The electrically operated valves control flow to the injectors. Wizards of NOS offers nitrous and fuel Pulsoids; a suitable progressive controller pulses them to vary delivery.
Venom injectors
Compact injectors used to introduce nitrous or fuel into the intake. Dry diesel installations use nitrous injectors, with the layout chosen for suitable distribution through the engine.
Crossfire X2 injectors
A combined nitrous-and-fuel injector for wet systems. It brings both supplies together at the discharge point, unlike a dry diesel injector that supplies nitrous alone.
Direct-port and REVO competition systems
Direct-port installations deliver into individual inlet runners where the engine layout or power target calls for it. Wizards of NOS also offers specialist REVO competition systems, using variable-flow valves and a dedicated REVO controller. We can discuss these options as part of a competition build.
Nitrous for your Citroën Jumpy / SpaceTourer diesel
On a diesel, the extra oxygen can help burn fuel that the available airflow could otherwise limit. Nitrous is not a substitute for diesel fuel: the gain depends on the injection system, calibration and how much usable fuel is available.
We assess fuelling and rail pressure alongside boost, exhaust gas temperatures, smoke and torque delivery. Cylinder pressure, turbocharger loading and gearbox limits matter even when temperatures appear acceptable. A progressive setup can help control the rise in torque, but the engine still needs a suitable delivery limit.
Installation and custom dyno tuning
We check engine health and supporting hardware, install the bottle and pipework securely, and configure suitable activation conditions and cut-offs. Dyno testing starts with a modest delivery level so we can check how the car responds as the system activates, builds power and switches off.
