Renault van: faults after a previous DPF/EGR/AdBlue and Stage 1 job.
The exhaust clamp had been fitted incorrectly, allowing gases to escape. We corrected it on the lift. The van also had limp mode, smoke, poor power and dashboard warnings.
Comparing the calibration with stock and a known working version showed problems in soot estimation, the maximum exhaust-temperature setting, fuelling axes and torque limiters. The ECU reported excessive torque and entered limp mode. The AdBlue controller was also still connected under the driver's seat on this ECU setup.
After our calibration work, the van measured 156HP on the dyno, up from 90HP.
