Wayne Spiller headed the regular Welsh championship runners at Castle Combe's 28 June 2025 meeting, as described in WRDA's report published on 7 October.
The Welsh competitors raced alongside GT machinery in two twenty-minute contests. The association recorded Spiller eighth in the first race in his Seat Leon, ahead of fellow WSSCC runners Leigh Haslett, Mike Cook, Doug Forbes and Russell Haggerty.
WRDA also described Spiller as its leading contender in the second race. Chris Everill retired from both contests, while Sacha Kakad took over Keith Butcher's Lamborghini for the second race and started from pole.
