Mārtiņš Sesks and co-driver Renārs Francis won the Rally 6 Cities North of Portugal on Sunday, 25 October, taking Sesks’ fifth European Rally Championship victory. The FIA ERC event listing records the rally as completed and names Sesks as winner.

Sesks had led overnight but a damper problem on his Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 left him 8.2 seconds behind team-mate Roope Korhonen after Sunday morning’s stages. Korhonen extended that advantage to 10.6 seconds after SS14, with three stages remaining, before a rear differential failure left his Toyota GR Yaris Rally2 running in two-wheel drive. Sesks moved back ahead and won with Francis.

Pablo Sarrazin took second on the Power Stage, while Korhonen finished third. The result closed the 2026 ERC season; the championship’s official report also records Miko Marczyk securing second in the final drivers’ standings.
