University of Wales Trinity Saint David is among the founding institutions in Motorsport UK's new Education Hub, linking students with routes into the industry.
The platform expands the governing body's Inclusion Hub with course information, student opportunities, career resources and connections between education providers and motorsport organisations.
National Motorsport Academy is another founding participant. Motorsport UK is inviting further universities and colleges to join, with the aim of making available pathways easier for prospective students to compare.
The coverage extends beyond engineering to subjects including business, sustainability, media, events and technology. That breadth reflects the range of work required to run teams, develop cars and stage competition.
