A new conference at Oxford Brookes University will examine disability, accessibility and opportunity in sim racing, with support from Motorsport UK.

DRiVE 2026 is scheduled for Saturday 28 November and is being delivered by Quatermass Motorsport, a recipient of the governing body's Inclusion Grant.

The programme will bring competitors, educators, teams, technology providers and accessibility specialists together. Practical topics include choosing equipment and adaptations, finding suitable communities and understanding competition opportunities.

An exhibition and networking area will allow visitors to see accessible equipment and speak to people working in the field. The event will also introduce Motorsport UK's esports membership and supporting resources.

Registration is free, with advance booking required. Participants do not need a simulator, racing experience or an existing membership. The conference's stated aim is to help disabled and neurodivergent people identify workable ways to compete and develop through virtual motorsport.
