Dave Greenslade took the highest Bristol Speed Championship score at its 2022 opening round at Llandow, ahead of Steve Miles and Simon Clemow.
The club's update on 8 July described sunshine during practice followed by rain later in the meeting. Greenslade also received the Best Bristol award.
The championship began later than usual that year because the Great Western Sprint had moved to October. Greenslade was set to carry his points lead into the next round, the Dick Mayo Sprint at Castle Combe.
