British driver Josh McLean won GB4's hundredth race at Snetterton, keeping clear of incidents that repeatedly interrupted the reverse-grid finale.

The Pace Performance driver started on pole and led every lap. Behind him, an opening-lap incident involving team-mate Torrin Byrne caused tyre damage and a spin, with title contender Fred Green among those forced out.

Connor Willis recovered second place after initially losing ground, but a later challenge from John O'Donnell ended with both cars stranded. O'Donnell subsequently received a five-place grid penalty for causing the collision.

Another Safety Car was followed by red flags with three minutes remaining. The result was declared at the end of lap five, leaving McLean ahead of Enzo Hallman and Emmilio Valentino Del Grosso.

Dayton Coulthard finished fourth and Thomas Ingram Hill fifth. The shortened race still produced a significant milestone winner for the championship and an important change in fortunes for several contenders.
