A one-place penalty for George Proudford-Nalder changed the outcome of the GB4 Winter Series at Snetterton, with the revised race-four result giving the title to Jesse Phillips. The championship published the Clerk of the Course decision on 25 October.

Officials judged that Proudford-Nalder caused contact with Harrison Mackie while attempting to pass at Turn 12 on the last lap. The penalty moved him from third to fourth and promoted Mackie to third. Proudford-Nalder also received a reprimand for a separate collision with Mackie earlier in the race; Alexander De Benedittis received a five-place penalty for another first-lap collision.

The amended classification lists Phillips first for Elite Motorsport, Chase Fernandez second and Mackie third. GB4 said the points change transferred the Winter Series title to Phillips. The revised race result is still marked provisional.
