The second FIA Extreme H World Cup has been postponed until 2027, the FIA and Extreme H confirmed on 26 October. The hydrogen-powered off-road competition had been scheduled for 29–31 October 2026 in Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia. The organisers attributed the postponement to logistical and operational challenges affecting preparations and the successful delivery of the event.

The FIA, the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and Extreme H said they remain committed to holding the second edition in Saudi Arabia in 2027. The announcement did not give replacement dates. The postponement means the event will not proceed on the weekend for which it had originally been scheduled.
