Britain’s Alisha Palmowski has clinched the 2026 F1 Academy drivers’ title, finishing second in the Reverse Grid Race at Austin on 25 October. The Campos Racing driver climbed from eighth on the grid and secured the championship with three races still remaining.

Alba Larsen converted fourth on the grid into her first F1 Academy win, finishing 2.3 seconds ahead of Palmowski. Lisa Billard completed the podium with her first top-three result, while Palmowski’s closest title rival Emma Felbermayr finished fourth. Palmowski is the series’ fourth champion and the first Campos Racing driver to take the crown.

The title was decided during the Circuit of the Americas weekend, but the final race of the Austin round is still to come on Sunday. Palmowski starts that Feature Race from pole and is seeking her sixth victory of the season.
