Turbo & boost systems
Larger or hybrid turbos, supercharger changes, wastegates, boost control and supporting pipework.
Stage 3 is not a fixed package or an off-the-shelf power figure. It is a custom engineering and calibration project built around this exact Vivaro 2014 powertrain, the hardware fitted, its condition and how you intend to use it.
Before we agree to carry out any Stage 3 or above tuning, we need to examine the vehicle and understand what we are working with. This session lets us assess the car, review its ECU software and existing calibration, and decide whether the project is ready to tune safely.
You leave with a clear next step: confirmation that we can proceed, a list of changes needed before tuning, or an honest explanation if the proposed project is not something we can support.
The final specification varies by vehicle. We review the upgrades as one complete system rather than treating each part in isolation.
Larger or hybrid turbos, supercharger changes, wastegates, boost control and supporting pipework.
Injectors, high- and low-pressure fuel pumps, fuel rails, alternative fuels and flex-fuel hardware.
Intakes, exhaust systems, intercoolers, charge cooling and thermal-management improvements.
Camshafts, built engines, strengthened internals, compression changes and unusual conversion work.
Standalone management, ECU swaps, MAP and MAF sensor scaling, and custom control strategies.
Torque management, gearbox calibration and power-delivery choices matched to the intended use.
We will assess the exact powertrain and software fitted before recommending a Stage 3 or above project.
