British-based TF Sport added another WEC LMGT3 victory at São Paulo as Racing Team Turkey by TF's Corvette won at Interlagos.

Salih Yoluç, Peter Dempsey and Charlie Eastwood finished 8.108 seconds ahead of the Team WRT BMW shared by Anthony McIntosh, Parker Thompson and Dan Harper.

The Corvette crew used a different driver sequence from several rivals, starting Silver-rated Yoluç before handing over to Bronze-rated Dempsey. Strong middle stints established the advantage that Eastwood maintained in the closing phase.

A slow puncture complicated the final strategy and forced an earlier stop than planned, but the Northern Irish driver preserved enough of the lead to secure the result.

It was the first WEC victory for the number 34 Racing Team Turkey entry and TF Sport's second successive class win following Le Mans. The outcome added another endurance-racing success for a British team operating on the international stage.
