The provisional results of the 750 Motor Club’s Birkett Six-Hour Relay at Silverstone on Saturday, 24 October, put Bald & Grey first in the scratch classification and Racing Dads Club first on handicap. The event ran in heavy rain on a very wet track.
Graham Crowhurst, Reece Jones, Niall Bradley, Dave Avis and Kenny Coleman’s Bald & Grey entry completed 118 laps in 5:59:44.588. LM Racing with Driver 61 was second, 1:27.642 behind, while Motion Motorsport took third with 116 laps.
The handicap classification uses credit laps, so its order differs from the scratch result. Racing Dads Club was credited with 129 laps, ahead of Army Sports Car Racing on 128 and the 116 Assassins on 127. Timing Solutions’ classifications state that results remain provisional pending judicial and technical matters.
